Frequently Asked Questions
How much does it cost to book the studio?
Our rates vary based on the scope and duration of each project. Typically we bill at $100 / hr for commercial work. However, we are willing to work on a “sliding scale” for select creative endeavors. Your best bet is to contact us to discuss your next project.
What types of clients do you work with?
We do a little bit of everything at Eastside Studios. We got into the business to make great music, but we’re equally excited to work with professional voice actors, podcasters, film makers and more.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We are located at 501 N I-35 SUITE #107, AUSTIN, TX 78702.
Accessing the Building The 501 Studios building is locked on weekdays after 5:00 PM and on weekends. If you have a lesson scheduled during this time, a Studio Manager will greet you at the door. You may also ring the doorbell if no one is present.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Let us know via phone or email by 8:00 PM the day before your lesson that you need to cancel. Cancellations submitted by this deadline will not incur a cancellation fee and may be rescheduled for a different time.
Our producers are out of state, but our talent is in Austin, can you help?
YES! We have capabilities to patch producers and directors working remotely into the session for real time audio and video monitoring using “Source Connect” and other technology. If you’re in LA and your actor is in Austin, we have you covered!
WHERE DO I PARK?
We validate parking tickets from the Corazon Parking Garage located on San Marcos Street between E 5th and E 6th Street. Your ticket will be validated for the duration of your lesson plus 30 minutes.
